-Typical wait time for your video to be posted to Mark's social channels is approximately 7-10 days.
-Please do not change your mind about the video filming of your design after you have submitted your order. We spend time and money for the camera crew and equipment filming each and every video and cannot afford to waste that time, nor do we guarantee that we could stop the video release.
-We generally film on Tuesdays, schedule permitting, and then post the videos during the following 1-3 weeks based on our filming schedule and video needs.
