Ambigram Design Recommendations
*These are guidelines designed to ensure that your custom tattoo will not only look good, but also be easy to read. Keep in mind these are guidelines only, and may not always apply to your order.

 Custom designs may say the same thing both ways, or something different upside down.
Custom Ambigram designs that say something different upside-down (i.e. Angel/Devil, Matt/Sean, Thomas/Samuel) ideally should have the same number of letters in both words.
Words or names that are between 3-8 letters often look the best. Please contact us about designs longer than 8 letters or shorter than 3.
If you would like to have a circle, diamond design, graffiti style, or a design longer than 8 letters, please contact Mark first for a price quote before placing your order. Designs of these afore mentioned styles take considerably longer to design and require custom pricing.
** If you have ANY questions regarding whether or not your design will be possible as an ambigram, please contact Mark before ordering your design. Mark personally and promptly answers all e-mails regarding custom orders, and he can give you confirmation that your design will be possible and look good as an ambigram. Naturally, some designs are not possible, and we don't want you to order a design that does not have an ambigram solution.

This is the Custom Orders page where you would normally fill in the boxes for your custom Ambigram design and order it. Mark is still accepting custom Ambigram orders, and the wait is still 5-7 business days, but at this time, he will only be accepting orders that he has pre-approved by email or phone. Instead of the usual "order now, ask questions later" format that we normally run. ASAP orders will also be accepted at this time for the usual additional $50. Please email him your custom Ambigram request and you will receive an answer back from him generally in less than 24 hours if it's possible or not. If your design is possible, your answer will also include a link to a new page for you to place your order through. We're sorry to do this temporarilly but a large portion of Mark's time for the immediate future has just been filled by a longterm client. Thank you! - Mark Palmer & Wow Tattoos
Due to the high volume of custom ambigram orders Mark is receiving every day from
all over the world, the wait is about 5-7 business days for most custom designs. During weeks that he receives more orders than he can physically do, your wait mnay be longer than 7 days (we will contact you to let you know)
If you need your design As Soon As Possible for a tattoo appointment or any other reason, you can pay an additional $50 charge for expediting your order. Expedited orders will be completed in just 1-2 days from their purchase date.
